Carla has in record time built and scaled Europe's EV-only, online car retailer. Based on our traction and recent funding, we are now looking for a Sr. Product Manager for our CRM strategy, implementation and technical operations. Your mission will be to scale and build our CRM function from scratch in one of the fastest growing startups in Scandinavia. About the role
Carla’s relationships and interactions with our customers and potential new customers is crucial to meeting our goal of having and keeping industry-leading customer satisfaction. As Carla's new PM for CRM, you’ll be responsible for implementing, integrating, and innovating on the tools and processes we use to manage our customer interactions, from pre-purchase through after-sales.
Example areas of responsibility will include:
- Develop and lead a strategy to ensure consistency, clarity, and delight across customer journeys
- Create, implement and drive Carla's technical CRM strategy/operations
- Drive strategy, selection, implementation, integration and innovation around the use of different CRM tools of different CRM tools
- Lead a cross-functional team of Engineers, Designer(s), and User Researchers
- Work closely with Ecommerce and fellow Product Managers to select/integrate and iterate on CRM tools to improve our customer journey
- Execute CRM activities together with our e-commerce and operations teams
- Identify and find creative solutions for cross-product/customer journey problems/opportunities
Who are you?
- We look for people who are obsessed with consumer experience, whilst being humble and eager to learn. We believe that the following experience is needed:
- 3-5 years experience of technical product management in cross functional CRM implementation
- Demonstrated impact of reducing lead times and process improvements
- Solid product management skill set and understanding, with a desire to develop your PM career further
- Significant experience of managing and leading engineering teams
- Experience with startup/scale-up preferably within B2C, tech or e-commerce
