We’re looking for a conscientious, curious and resourceful Strategic Partnerships Manager, who is thrilled to scale one of the fastest-growing startups in Stockholm - ever! Your job will be to lead and develop Carla’s B2B offering and to be a key player in ensuring successful long-term partner relationships.

Carla is growing at the speed of light and we are currently looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join the Stockholm HQ and our commercial team. Since Carla will soon expand both vertically and geographically, we are looking for someone to support us in this exciting growth phase. You will be at the forefront of our business engagement strategy, so to be successful in this role you must possess the ability to maintain continuous research of our existing and potential partners, identify key industry players and generate interest amongst important stakeholders. The right candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B and the automotive industry, including the electric car market dynamics.
Role Description
Carla is a scale-up where some things are in place, others are not. We are looking for someone who knows what great looks like, and who is able to lead others, but who is also not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting involved when things need to get done. In this role you will be communicating and negotiating with car and OEM manufacturers on daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership by identifying, sourcing and managing Carla’s long-term B2B partnerships
- Create a systematic, impact-led approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Ensure that the selected partnerships fit the brand and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match Carla's business strategy
- Drive B2B sales while leading, developing, and implementing the company strategy for specific areas and partners
- Ensure that assigned partners reach their goals and objectives in terms of sales and profitability and that Carla’s commercial plan is implemented
Tasks include (but are not limited) to:
- Developing relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking or other business or social gatherings
- Developing a working structure to onboard and manage defined key partners in the short, medium, and long term
- Building and driving complex enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Achieving key performance metrics and goals
- Preparing and submitting financial budgets, forecasts, and analyses – as well as insights and management of inventory
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
We believe that the ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of sales experience within a B2B sales, customer success or commercial partnership roles
- Proven track record of selling and pitching to C-Suite and Senior Management
- Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation
- Strong career trajectory with a history of top performance in successive roles
- Solid leadership capabilities and excellent skills in tough negotiations
- Wide professional network in a relevant field
